Garbage Collector

I didn't know before I became a wife and Mother that "Garbage Can" was part of the job description. Why does my family think that I should be in charge of throwing away all their garbage? Now when someone hands me an empty candy wrapper or a dirty tissue, I simply say, "No thanks, I have my own".

The other night my husband was eating something in bed. When he finished he tried to hand me his dish. I said, "Why do I need that?" "So you can put it on the floor over there," he replied. "What's wrong with the floor on your side of the bed", I asked.

Am I missing something?
