We're Not Very Good At Surprises Around Here
The UPS man brought my Christmas present today! I didn't know it was coming even though I have been asking for one. Let me tell you, it MORE than makes up for the present I didn't get last year. Can you guess what I would want right now more than anything else in the whole wide world? A laptop! But not just one. I asked for two so my kids and I can all work on computers at the same time. I'm so excited!!!
I'm especially excited that one of them came today because we are leaving tomorrow for a trip to California for two weeks. Now I will be able to blog while we're gone. I didn't know how I was going to survive for two weeks without my computer. What a hardship that would have been!
I'm sure having fun organizing my packing. As you can imagine, everything is in bags and storage bins and I made a big long list so I hopefully won't forget anything! I'll let you know how well I did once we get on our way.

I'm so jealous! I would love to have a laptop, too. But, it is not in the cards for me yet! Congratulations for getting yours though - I am happy for you even though I am green with envy! ;)
Love my laptop. It was issued by the school district and I use it at school all day with the kids and then I use it all night at home. I have it with me on vacation. I've begun to worry about the day it wears out! We are going to my inlaws and they dont have internet-much less wireless which has spoiled me! So it will be two weeks of trying to sneak over to Starbucks for me! Have a great trip to CA!
My husband has been wanting a laptop for a while, but I've never seen a need until I started blogging. lol. He is so glad I have started blogging. lol
I just wanted to let you know that I have found your site through Laura at Org. Junkie. I read your post yesterday about organizing your refrigerator and it motivated me to clean out ours and reorganize it. My husband was impressed of the results, but didn't understand why it took me reading a blog to see that it needed done. lol.

Have a great trip!! I am waiting to read your posts about it! I wouldn't be able to blog much at all if we didn't have a laptop. With the big computer upstairs and the kids mostly downstairs, I hardly get up there. The laptop is a life saver!
That is the exact gift I would like. No more competiting between my husband and I who gets to use the computer. Ever since I started blogging I have become addicted to the computer :) !!

That was my birthday present this summer and it was so pathetic to see Andrew and I on the deck of the ship while on vacation, typing away. Who takes a laptop on vacation? I do! :)
Hooray for the laptops!! What a fabulous present. Many a night you'll find my husband and I side by side in bed, each with laptop surfing merrily away. Bliss. And I'm so glad you'll be able to blog through your trip.
