Chickens Are a Wonderful Bird
Victor- "Did you know chickens are a wonderful bird because you can eat it before it’s born and you can eat it after it’s dead?"
Look at our wonderful baby Easter presents! No, we are not going to eat them but hopefully they will all be good little girls that will make us lots of eggs to eat and none of them will have to be sent to foster homes this year for being big bad roosters.
We went to the Baby Animals Days that we love so much except that there were about 15,000 people too many this year so this is a tradition that has come to an end. Next year we will have our own baby animal days and you are invited!
We went home with a box of clothes for Lovely from my SIL. She picked this outfit out all by herself. Doesn't she have style? Of course I let her wear it to the store because that's what homeschooling farmers do but mostly because she looked so adorable!

My oldest is begging me to let her keep some chicks they're incubating in science class--I'm a little nervous, I do kids I don't do animals :)
We need to get our chicks ordered for this spring. We have our own "baby animal days" going on - gives me lots of cute pics to post on the blog!!
I think the outfit is adorable and she truly is Lovely
Ah, how casually you extended that invitation but how seriously I consider accepting it! I've really got to get down there. My best friend lives in Pleasant Grove and I haven't seen her for almost a year now.
I love Lovely's outfit. Emma's started picking out her own clothes now and has come up with some similar creations. I enjoy her individuality so much!
Such cute pictures!! Luke comes up with some real winner outfits too. He still loves to wear his winter boots with shorts!
So cute. Love the style of little kids.
LOVELY outfit and gorgeous kids!
that has GOT to be the most adorable picture of a little girl I have EVER seen. I LOVE her outfit!!
Wish I could get away with an outfit like that! I'm with Kimberly, I just might take you up on that offer...........
Adorable children, and cute little animals! You just can't go wrong with a group like that. ;)
The chickies are adorable!!! Now you need some pet ducks! My sisters and I had pet ducklings/ducks when we were growing up, and let me tell you, they were way more fun than our chicks were! =) Ducks are very sociable, and love to be held, and always come around when people are around. They do make quite the mess, but if you have room for them, your children will love you forever if you get them some. ;-)
Have a great day!
