I Think I Need to Start Looking For a New Site Host
What do you think? My site seems to be having more problems than it's worth these days. This time I was out of town so there wasn't much I could do about it. Not that I did anything about it today. It just magically fixed itself like it always does. That's what drives me the most crazy. I have no idea what is wrong and no idea how to fix it and then all of a sudden it's fixed. Except that this time I have missing photos.
First of all my November archives went missing a week ago. Then my site was down most of the day on Friday, right? It popped up on Saturday and some of you noticed that everything after February 20th was gone. I kept trying to re-publish my blog (while out of town) but it wasn't having any of that.
We got home last night and it still wouldn't publish. For some reason this morning it did and my November archive is also back but my photos are missing since February 20th. It doesn't sound like a fun job to upload all of them again so I think I'll wait and see if they magically reappear by themselves. Think that will happen?
We went to another educational seminar by the way and this time it was at George Wythe College in Cedar City. The lectures I was able to attend were fabulous and inspiring. The rest of the time I spent throwing up and hanging out in the van.
In the end though, they got us. Stranger and I are both applying to attend George Wythe College. Why you ask? Because homeschooling and having a new baby and running a business and trying to finish a house aren't enough excitment for me. I need more! I need an education!!! I'm going to get really smart people. Just watch out for the smartness to appear. Any day now.

I left a comment on your blog this weekend and didn't realize that the post was dated February 2007! Oh well...I was happy to have discovered a new recipe to try! :) Your chicken tortilla soup recipe is on my menu plan this week.
I do hope the pictures will just magically re-appear! What a pain to have to upload them all again...as if you don't already have enough to do. Especially now that you are going to be going to school again!
I hope you don't have WiredHub though regardless it does sound like you need to switch. Anyway Mir over at http://wouldashoulda.com had problems during the same time as you and that was who she had. Good luck!

I'm pretty sure it's not the registration of college that makes you smart...I've registered twice now, but you have to go & keep going to actually start getting smarter...LOL
I think you should get a new host. I mean how are we suppose to learn from your advanced intellegance (sp?) if we can't read your blog???

I'm a little green over here. Not pregnant like you, just envious that you're going to be a George Wythe student. Are you doing the distance learning? Bachelor's or Master's program? Sorry I'm so nosy!

I started a course last spring and not even a week into it, my hubby broke his ankle...yeah, I had to quit and well...haven't gone back :(
I've not given up on you. I noticed your blog was a bit out of sorts but I didn't have time to email you yet. Thought I'd check again today and here you are! But I'm seeing red x's instead of photos in your posts as well as on the sidebar.

Glad you're back, but now I think you'll have to drop the Lazy bit from our title - nothing about you sounds lazy these days.
I agree with Corrie, maybe you should be the Busy Organizer now. ;) Glad you are back and I'd start looking for another host sight. It's one thing to have technical problems but to not know what they are and they just come and go as they please? Very odd.
glad to see you're back. I think some virus might have been haunting your site too. Every time I would visit you, I would get a virus warning on my computer.
