Organize Your Sink

It may not be pretty but I keep a little scrub brush next to the bathroom sinks for easy clean up. I'm much to lazy to go into another room to grab cleaning supplies. In fact I'm too lazy to even reach under the sink for it but if it's sitting right there I will scrub the sink out every day. Another bonus of doing it often is that you don't need any type of cleanser.
One night I got up to use the bathroom and the faucet felt sticky so I scrubbed it in the dark. Or I may have dreamt the whole thing. Who knows?
The scrubber is also handy for scrubbing out stains. Keep a squeeze bottle of liquid laundry detergent in the bathroom and your clothes will be stain free from now on.
(The scrubber is from Target.)

*I'm sorry my permalinks aren't working for November. This has never happened before so I have no idea what the problem is! You will have to link to my home page instead of individual pages until I get it figured out. Thanks!

This is so funny because right before I read this I had decided to buy special washcloths to keep in the bathroom, that I would make the husband and kids wipe up the sink every time they used it. I am so sick of soap and toothpaste drips that everyone leaves and no one cleans up. Nice to know that I am not the only one who expects a clean bathroom without having to actually clean it ;)
I often keep a j-cloth on a sticky hook under the bathroom sink to wipe up the counter and around the sink after each use.
I have tried brushes, but I find they splatter onto the mirror when I use them! However, I totally hear ya about keeping it on the counter.
I also keep a sponge in the shower so while I am cleaning myself I can also take two seconds to keep the shower clean.
ooh I'm so tired of looking at bathroom stuff (It's what I do all day at work lol)
I'll post a pic later today if I have time.
Also I wanted to thank you for coming by my blog and for your compliment. If you're interested in seeing more about the boxes I have a link on my sidebar to the blog I have specifically about the boxes. :)
There, I got my pics up now!

LOL! I got a chuckle over your "in the dark" comment.
In any event, this is a great idea! Sharing a bathroom with three kids can make for a pretty disgusting sink. Cleaning it out with a brush is something they could do easily.
I've just come across your blog, and I have to tell you, your only the second person I know of to name their son "Grey." My Grey is 16 years old and we know of one other living in Utah.
Great site!
