Organized Bathroom Counter

If you don't have a drawer or cupboard within easy reach then a basket works great to organize bathroom essentials. It will keep your counter uncluttered and easy to clean.

Some day I'm going to make up a basket for guests that is filled with lotion, shampoo, toothpaste, a toothbrush, a hairbrush, etc. for them to use when they visit in case they forgot anything. Do you think it will happen any time soon?

Great idea! I've got a basket like this under my sink, still makes it easier to get things & keep it organized in the cupboard. I like the idea of having a guest basket. If I ever get visitors out here I'll have a reason to put one of those together along with some washcloths & hand towels.

Thankfully, in this house I have drawers & cupboard space for (almost) everything.

But I was just thinking today that all the little wicker baskets I bought when DD was a baby would work really great to organize my hall linen closet with...

That reminds me of my "bathroom basket" at my wedding. I created a guest basket to put in the washroom of some essentials that guests may appreciate having access to!
I have pictures of our bathroom just waiting to be uploaded for one of my posts...we don't have too much cupboard space in our masterbath!

That is a great idea! I have a large counter that gets cluttered so easily! That could help solve that little problem. Thanks!

I have a guest bathroom basket. I've kept the little samples from hotels that I've stayed in (I travel for work ALOT). It makes it nice, but I had not thought of the toothbrush (I am always forgetting mine when I travel). I will put that on my shopping list this week so there can be a couple in the basket. We rarely have overnight guests, but it looks nice and inviting even when people aren't staying over.
