I think that chicken got her wish for a 10-lb baby! Maybe you'll be so "lucky" too!
Maybe I'll just come off looking ignorant about chickens, but the eggs are all naturally those colors? I thought eggs were only white or brown, and I see green and blue there! Awesome.
And holy crap how big is the chicken who laid that monster?

I would love to have such a pretty looking egg-carton to open every day. How do I talk my husband into having chickens?
Desiree, I didn't know chickens layed such colorful eggs either! The different breeds lay different colors. They are so fun.
The hen who lays the big eggs isn't any bigger than the others. She just lays one giant egg. It's actually more like an omlet than an egg!
Oh my goodness- that is really funny!
So how does that make you feel about your upcoming childbirth? Ouch!
