Smart Habit Saturday

May Habit: Sit on the couch every day and do nothing until I have this baby.I hope all of your new habits are going well. Mine is going as well as can be expected. My kids and husband are sure tired of my helplessness and so I am. It's good for them though don't you think?
Congratulations to all of you who are hanging in there with SHS while I am temporarily out of it. I can't tell you how excited I am to have this baby so I can get into some new habits myself. I'm sure you can imagine! I have grand plans of getting my schedule organized. I know it may sound impossible with four homeschooled kids at home but I think it's especially vital when I'm trying to juggle as many things as I am. I know my kids love having a schedule so they can know what to expect. In fact they like to know down to the minute what I have planned every day or they go crazy. We we've doing crazy a lot these days.
Crazy or not, have a great week!

40 weeks, 0 days...woohooo! Can you believe it??
You just keep that baby in as long as you need to. Everyday overdue is a day closer to me winning some more bags... LOL!
Lara-
I hope your baby comes soon. And weighs ten pounds! I am sure that would make you happy!

Good luck with your new little one. Hope s/he arrives sooner than later! Good job on staying on the couch. It is good for the family to realize how busy you are making a brand new person! They expect you to do other things at the same time! How dare they:)! Hope the transition to 4 is a good one. --Miss Jen
Congrats on the baby! We are dying for photos!
I love how your baby ticker has started going backwards. *grin* It never went to 0... and then when you were a day late it said you had 2 days to go, and now two days over it's three... I think it's hilarious.
Wait--so has the baby been born? If not and you get desperate, I do have a Triple-X, surefire method for getting things moving. But I only divulge it upon request. :)
Nope, no baby yet! What's your secret method?
I swear by castor oil. My last two babies I used it; the first time, the baby arrived within 4 hours of taking it (I had been contracting all day, 10 minutes apart) and the next time the baby arrived after about 6 hours (with virtually no contracting at all, I'd just had enough of being pregnant).
Basically, hold your nose, do a full shot of the stuff, dry retch, then chase it down with some really really strong cordial. it's not the taste that puke-worthy, it's the texture. And it tends to hang around.
hi there my name is jill and I love reading your blog. I am just very slack at commenting. Just want to wish you all the best with your baby. I am having me 3rd on Friday. so i wonder wether you will bet me. Hope all goes well. Jill
I have to admit that I'm sold on castor oil, too (but only if you are over due).
I keep wanting to come back and join the SMART club but I'm not ready. I'm hoping that I can get SMART after having the baby. I LOVE your habit for May. =)
