An Ordinary Day

I can't believe I haven't written since May! We've been out of town and have had company for the last couple weeks. I think my perfectionism has crept in. I've been waiting till I could write the perfect Blog. I'll never have time to write the perfect Blog so I might as well come up with something ordinary and get it over with.

My sister and her family headed home this afternoon and I am left with the aftermath. Trust me, the house was a wreck before they even got here as I hadn't had time to get it back in order after arriving home from our vacation. Now it looks even worse. I didn't keep up with my regular chores while they were here because I'd rather spend my time visiting with my family and we had a lot of activities going on.

I walked through some rooms tonight and picked up a few things that were out of order. What I really need is a good night's sleep and then I'll tackle it in a big way in the morning.
