Our Sweet Dream Has Arrived!

We had our baby on Monday, February 21st (7 days overdue) and it's a girl! Everything went exactly like I wanted it to, without an induction or an epidural. I really can't believe how perfect it was!
I went into labor on my own Sunday night. We went to the hospital Monday morning at 3:00 because I had to have antibiotics. I walked around the halls until 10:00 am. When I was checked I was 5 cm. Finally, I agreed to have my water broken to speed things up. Boy did it work. Things got really painful by 11:00 and she was born at 12:05. I pushed her out with one contraction. I didn't have to have any stitches and she was 10 pounds 3 ounces, 22 inches long!
Her name is Elisabeth Love and we certainly are loving her! The kids are so sweet. They can't stop talking about how beautiful she is and how happy they are to have a new baby sister.
We've been on vacation ever since she was born. I've hardly done any cooking, cleaning or organizing. Now that she's almost 3 weeks old it's time to get back into our old routine. Does anyone have any ideas how to take our eyes off of our new baby so we can get some work done around here? Maybe we'll just keep enjoying her a little while longer!
